Step 1: Select FTP in the dropdown. If your FTP server has SSL(secure), you'll need to try selecting Explicit FTP or Implicit FTP, depending on the server.
Step 2: Choose a file type, CSV or XLSX
Step 3: Enter the required information as shown in the screenshot.
FTP Host - Origin server/host
FTP Username - Username used to log in FTP server
FTP Password - Password used to log in FTP server
FTP Directory - The selected directory on where the exported file would be located. E.g: '/', '/export/test/'
Should your FTP server is behind a firewall, please whitelist 35.80.162.80
